Terms of use
Terms that apply to the current Daycare Sheets library. Reviewed September 9, 2026.
Purpose of the library
Daycare Sheets lets visitors read template pages and download the .xlsx files that are actually published. Public access does not require a purchase, subscription or user account.
Use of the files
You may download an available file and adapt it as a working copy, subject to the rights that apply to its components. Without an additional express license, download does not authorize resale, public redistribution or offering unchanged copies as your own product.
Format and compatibility
Files use the Office Open XML .xlsx format and are not intended to contain macros. Formulas, validation, charts and appearance can vary by software and version. Each template page describes verified workbook properties, but the site does not promise universal compatibility with every spreadsheet application.
Example data and results
Names, rows and values included in a workbook are fictional examples. Replace them with reviewed data and validate dates, units, center policies, licensing requirements, cell references and results. A spreadsheet does not replace secure child records or professional licensing, medical, tax, employment or legal advice.
Changes and availability
Moving columns, deleting cells or changing formulas can break references. Keep an original copy and test changes. Daycare Sheets may correct, update or remove an incorrect file without promising permanent availability or individual support.
Responsibility for use
Descriptions are intended to reflect each file and its known limits. The user remains responsible for reviewing inputs, calculations, permissions, recordkeeping and local requirements before using a workbook in a childcare operation.
Questions and corrections
Use the contact form to report a specific error. Include the public page, worksheet or cell and observed result without sending private child, family, staff or payment information.
